This Italian sparkling wine offers a lively and refreshing profile with crisp citrus, green apple, and pear notes, complemented by almond hints and a dry finish. While praised for its elegance and balanced character, some find it lacking complexity and depth. Opinions vary, with many appreciating its versatility and Italian heritage, though a few note it falls short of expectations.

This wine is crafted using the traditional method, also known as the méthode champenoise, which involves a secondary fermentation in the bottle to create those delightful bubbles. On the nose, this wine offers a bouquet of fresh citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of brioche. On the palate, Sartarelli Brut delights with its crisp acidity and lively effervescence. The citrus flavors continue to shine, complemented by subtle mineral undertones that add complexity and depth. This sparkling wine boasts a dry and refreshing character, making it a perfect choice for celebratory occasions or as an aperitif. Sartarelli is renowned for its commitment to producing exceptional Verdicchio wines, and their Brut is no exception.
