Sailor's Grave Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Graceful and well-balanced wine with a cohesive structure, highlighting a bold fruit profile with a noticeable trace of deep fruits. The tannins are well-integrated, providing a gentle and mellow texture. As the wine progresses, understated layers of raisin and fig emerge, adding layers and complexity. The trail is bright and refreshing, with a soft warmth of spice. Overall, a delightful wine that pairs well with the festive atmosphere of Christmas dinner, notably for a Cabernet-based meal.

Disappointing experience, despite initial promise. The color and scent were stunning, but the flavor was dull and unimpressive. It's best to let it rest for another hour before serving.

Deep and intriguing wine with a rich, earthy and woody character, featuring layers of coffee, vanilla, oak, licorice, raisin, and pepper on the finish.
