Tasting highlight
The grapes are harvested early to preserve their natural acidity. The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method, which enhances its fresh, fruity character.

This Prosecco presents a pale straw hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose offers a delicate bouquet of white blossoms, green apple, and a hint of pear, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, it is light-bodied and refreshingly crisp, with a lively acidity that enhances its vibrant citrus and stone fruit flavors. The finish is clean and brisk, with a whisper of almond and a touch of salinity, characteristic of its Veneto origins. This organic Prosecco exemplifies finesse and balance, making it an ideal aperitif or a versatile pairing for light fare.
