Jaimito
A lovely yellow-green hue, with a nose that unfolds like a verdant meadow, featuring notes of straw, asparagus, and gravel. The sensation is medium-bodied, with a dry and vibrant character, yielding grassy minerals and a whisper of pear. A refreshing and engaging style, with a first memory that's both interesting and appealing. A promising start to a new favorite.
Kaeufling Ulic
Clean and clean wine with a delicate green apple and nutty shades on the finish, bringing a polished and elegant enjoying experience.
Dabican Chanet
The Federspiel is a solid effort, but the single estate Smaragd Grüners are truly exceptional. The glistening wines have a lively, spicy character, with hints of ginger and citrus. The tongue is highlighted by by citrus and stone fruit notes, but these are tempered by subtle, creamy undertones. The wine's sophistication is undeniable, with a unique blend of notes that make it a memorable in the category. during it may not be the most refined, it's a wine that rewards patience and attention. I'd be happy to revisit this bottle in the future.
