A lively and vibrant exploration with this sparkling wine, with a fruity and slightly sweet character that remains on the palate.

A perfect pairing for a robusto or toro is a Puros de Hostos Sommelier Panatela, a fine Spanish cigar.

The wine's initial olfactory profile is featured by a full bodied and intense presentation, with red cherries, cassis, and cranberry hints that unfold on the nose. The taste is equally impressive, with a dry and balanced texture that just right complements the aromas. A mild herbal and citrus note adds dimension and structure to the all around experience. The wine's full-bodied nature is matched by its lively and effervescent character, making it a perfect match for bold and savory dishes like vitello tonnato.

What the web is saying

Rotari Brut Rosé is praised for its lively bubbles and vibrant flavors, including raspberry, strawberry, and citrus. It offers a balanced, effervescent experience with floral and mineral notes. While some find it lacks distinction, others appreciate its smoothness and pairing versatility. The wine is suitable for various occasions, from aperitifs to pairing with savory dishes.

Voss Experts3.8

This Rotari Brut Rosé has a delightful aroma of strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of citrus. On the palate, it is a crisp and refreshing bubbly with a light sweetness, balanced by a pleasant acidity. The finish is soft and lingering, with more of the fruity notes from the nose. Overall, this is an enjoyable and refreshing sparkling wine.
