Naotaka
A concentrated and detailed wine with a deep, round feel and a long, gratifying finish. The flavors of dense fruit, smoke, and vanilla are expertly harmonious by a refreshing acidity and a firm tannic structure, making it a perfect pairing for full bodied meats.
Farisha Cave
A medium ruby red wine with a rich, full-bodied colour. The aroma is complex, with accents of oak, plum, cherry, and a hint of olive, opening up with blackberry, raisin, and plum on the palate, followed by a velvety conclusion with a pronounced leather note.
Shujing
Culinary delight that pairs harmoniously with a hearty Bolognese and a crispy Chicken Parmigiana
