It's a bit too sweet for my taste, and I think it's supposed to be a bit more balanced.

Refreshing and revitalizing alternative for those expecting a Moscato-like experience, presenting a delightful integration of freshness and fruitiness, meanwhile providing a soft effervescence to temper the sweetness, making it an excellent replacement for a Kir Royal.

A vibrant ruby hue introduces this effervescent Brachetto, offering a bouquet of rose petals, ripe strawberries, and a whisper of mint. On the palate, it is delicately sweet yet buoyed by a refreshing acidity that maintains balance, showcasing flavors of red berries and candied violets. The fine mousse enhances its light-bodied structure, leading to a gently persistent finish with hints of cherry blossom and a touch of spice. This wine exemplifies the aromatic charm and finesse typical of Brachetto d'Acqui, making it an ideal companion for fruit-based desserts or as a festive aperitif.
