Gios
Delicate, pale wine with a sweet and fruity profile, featuring pear and apple notes, even by a subtle citrus note on the finish, with a vibrant liveliness that lasts on the palate.
Essie
Bracing and refreshing pale lemon hue, with a clean and elegant nose that unveils the wine's citrus and floral notes. The youthful character of the wine is evident in its medium intensity of primary aromas, which are smooth by a mild floral and herbal undertone. The dry and well-balanced tail is long and satisfying, with a measured level of zest and a smooth, medium body. Overall, this wine is of very good quality and is best enjoyed now, with no intention of further aging.

Ricossa Gavi is praised for its refreshing and well-balanced nature, with dominant citrus, green apple, and floral notes. While some appreciate its crisp and vibrant acidity, others find it lacks natural sweetness. The wine's minerality and elegant bitterness add complexity, making it suitable for pairing with light dishes. It is generally enjoyed for its clean finish and lively character, though opinions vary on its sweetness.
