Régnard Chablis Saint Pierre NV

Régnard Chablis Saint Pierre is praised for its cohesive blend of citrus, apple, and mineral notes, offering a crisp and refreshing experience. While some appreciate its elegant and nuanced flavors, others find it lacks acidity and classic Chablis character. The wine pairs well with seafood and is described as having a smooth, polished texture with a long finish.

This Chablis presents a luminous pale straw hue, indicative of its youthful vigor. The nose is a precise expression of the region, with aromas of green apple, wet stone, and a whisper of white flowers, underscored by a subtle saline edge. On the palate, it is taut and linear, showcasing a vibrant acidity that harmonizes with flavors of citrus zest and a hint of almond. The mineral-driven finish is long and persistent, reflecting the classic terroir of Chablis. This wine exemplifies the purity and elegance expected from a premier producer in the region.
