Rostam
Classy and sophisticated wine with a light equilibrium of flavors, featuring a light peach and citrus character, accompanied by a wisp of minerality and a touch of orange, all wrapped in a smooth, elegant finish.
Cojocaru Gl64
Zesty and bright sparkling wine with a subtle equilibrium of green apple and pear notes, accompanied by a touch of bracing quality and a lively effervescence. even as it features a good quality of the grape variety, it falls short in terms of sophistication and depth, resulting in a one-dimensional experience.
Indyanara
The nose unfolds with a nuanced harmony of herbaceous sweetness, Granny Smith apple, and orange peel, giving way to a creamy buttered toast and tart lemon on the palate. The tail is long and strong, with a delightful dryness that is offset by a elegant earthy minerality, leaving a pleasing aftertaste.

Rebuli Prosecco is appreciated for its classy and sophisticated profile, with flavors of peach, citrus, and a hint of minerality. While some enjoy its light and elegant finish, others find it lacking in depth, describing it as one-dimensional. The wine's lively effervescence and notes of green apple, pear, and orange peel are frequently highlighted.
A luminous pale straw hue introduces this elegant Prosecco, with a persistent, fine mousse that hints at its refined character. The nose is an inviting bouquet of white peach, elderflower, and a whisper of fresh brioche, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, it offers a harmonious balance of crisp acidity and delicate fruit, with notes of green apple and pear dancing alongside a gentle almond finish. This is a quintessential expression of the Glera grape, showcasing the vibrant, approachable style of the Veneto region, perfect for both aperitif and versatile food pairing.
