Quintodecimo Via del Campo Falanghina is celebrated for its vibrant tropical fruit flavors and citrus notes balanced with distinct minerality. Reviewers praise its smooth texture and well-integrated acidity, with many noting a harmonious blend of sweetness and freshness. While some appreciate its dry complexity, others highlight floral undertones and crisp finish. The wine pairs excellently with seafood, offering versatility across vintages.
The Via del Campo Falanghina by Quintodecimo is a sight to behold with its pale straw color, shimmering with light golden hues. The nose is a captivating medley of citrus fruits – think lemon zest and fresh oranges – interwoven with nuances of white flowers, green apple, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. Taking a sip, the wine is fresh and invigorating, with a lively acidity that balances the fruity notes of green apple, pear, and hints of tropical fruits. The palate is also graced with subtle minerality and a touch of almond in the background. The finish is crisp, long, and leaves a refreshing citrusy aftertaste. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood dishes, salads, or light pasta dishes, Quintodecimo's Falanghina is a true embodiment of southern Italy's sun-kissed vineyards and the region's winemaking legacy.
