Well-rounded blend of blackberry, cedar, and oak, with a understated spice note lingering on the palate, followed by a brief, fulfilling finish.

Promising beginning to the new year, if you've been following my wine reviews, you'll appreciate the animalistic labels and my affinity for felines, so this is exactly what I needed. The deep, bold purple cast is stunning, with a beautiful nose that offers a detailed blend of black currant, mulberry, dogberry, cedar, oak, rhubarb, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, and earthy notes. The palate is elegant and velvety, with a light sweetness that lingers. The winery's commitment to animal protection is truly admirable, making this a lovely addition to my collection.
