Quinta de São Sebastião Arreio Branco 2023

Voss Expert tasting note

This Portuguese white showcases a luminous straw hue, unveiling a bouquet of ripe stone fruits, white peach, and apricot, interwoven with subtle floral nuances of orange blossom. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious balance of vibrant acidity and a medium-bodied texture, underscored by mineral undertones reminiscent of wet slate. The wine's complexity is further enhanced by a whisper of almond and a hint of fennel on the finish. Exemplifying the finesse of Lisbon's terroir, this Arreio Branco is a testament to its region, offering both immediate appeal and potential for short-term cellaring.
