Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its full-bodied, velvety texture and rich flavors of black fruit, oak, and spices. Many appreciate its smooth finish and balanced tannins, while some note earthy and forest floor undertones. It's seen as a great value for its price, though a few find it slightly too complex. Overall, it's a well-regarded choice for pairing with strong meats.
This deep garnet-hued Cabernet Sauvignon from Psagot reveals a bouquet of blackcurrant and ripe plum, interwoven with hints of cedar and dark chocolate. On the palate, it showcases a robust structure with firm, well-integrated tannins and a balanced acidity that elevates its fruit-forward profile. The mid-palate is layered with nuances of graphite and a whisper of dried herbs, leading to a long, elegant finish marked by a touch of vanilla and spice. This wine exemplifies the potential of Israeli terroir, offering both complexity and finesse, making it a compelling choice for connoisseurs and collectors alike.
