Proverb Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Proverb Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its crisp, clean profile with zesty citrus and green apple notes. While some appreciate its smooth, polished finish and refreshing qualities, others find it lacks nuance. The wine's dry, mineral accents make it ideal for pairing with seafood and light dishes. Overall, it offers a vibrant, easy-drinking experience suitable for casual occasions.

Displaying a pale straw hue, the Proverb Sauvignon Blanc opens with an aromatic bouquet of zesty lime, freshly cut grass, and a hint of gooseberry, indicative of its varietal purity. On the palate, this wine offers a vibrant interplay of crisp acidity and a medium body, underscored by flavors of green apple and passion fruit. The minerality is pronounced, lending a flinty edge that enhances its refreshing character. The finish is clean and brisk, with lingering citrus notes. This Sauvignon Blanc exemplifies a classic New World style, balancing exuberance with finesse, ideal for immediate enjoyment.
