Poggio di Sotto Brunello di Montalcino is praised for its rich, full-bodied character with notes of cherry, plum, and earthy undertones. Aged in Slavonian oak, it offers a smooth, velvety texture and well-integrated tannins. While some appreciate its complexity and elegance, others find it lacks a bit of structure. Ideal for special occasions, it pairs well with hearty dishes.
