Poggio Al Tesoro Toscana Mediterra NV

Poggio Al Tesoro Toscana Mediterra is praised for its rich, full-bodied character and well-balanced blend of Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. It features flavors of black fruit, oak, and spices, with a smooth, velvety texture. While some appreciate its complexity and aging potential, others find it less cohesive. It's considered a good value for its price, suitable for pairing with a variety of dishes.

This Poggio Al Tesoro Toscana Mediterra is a bold, yet smooth and balanced red blend. On the nose, aromas of dark cherry and ripe strawberry lead the way, followed by notes of forest floor, earthy spice and a hint of cinnamon. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, with ripe cherry and raspberry flavours, supported by well-integrated oak and a long, persistent finish. Enjoyable now, this wine will also benefit from a few years in the cellar.
