The wine was not the other Albarino, but it was a different type of wine.

What the web is saying

Pincerna Albarín is noted for being distinct from typical Albariño wines. While some appreciate its uniqueness, others may find it less aligned with traditional expectations.

Voss Experts4.5

Pincerna Albarín presents a luminous straw hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. The bouquet unfurls with precision, offering an aromatic tapestry of white peach, honeysuckle, and a whisper of wet stone minerality. On the palate, this wine is a study in balance, showcasing a taut, linear structure underscored by crisp acidity. The mid-palate reveals layers of green apple and citrus zest, seamlessly integrated with a subtle saline edge. The finish is enduring, marked by a delicate almond nuance. This Albarín stands as a noteworthy exemplar of its varietal, capturing the essence of its terroir with finesse and clarity.
