A apt pairing would be a dish featuring garlic, as it would complement the wine's savory notes. but it may not be as fruit-forward as some other Cabernets, it would pair well with a blended California Cabernet. A 2015 vintage, this wine is a solid selection for those craving a balanced, yet understated Cabernet.
