Philip Togni Tanbark Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is a remarkable wine that showcases the expertise and craftsmanship of Philip Togni. This Cabernet Sauvignon offers a beautiful balance of flavors and aromas, making it a true delight for wine enthusiasts. On the nose, expect to be greeted by enticing notes of blackberry, cassis, and dark chocolate. These aromas are complemented by hints of cedar, forest floor, and a touch of vanilla, adding complexity to the wine. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with velvety tannins that provide a smooth and elegant mouthfeel. Flavors of ripe black fruits, such as black cherry and blackcurrant, dominate the palate, accompanied by subtle undertones of spice and earthiness. The wine's well-integrated oak adds a touch of toastiness and further enhances its structure. With its impeccable balance and long, lingering finish, Philip Togni Tanbark Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine that can be enjoyed now or cellared for further development. It pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.

Philip Togni's Cabernet Sauvignon receives consistent praise for its complex earthy profile layered with dark fruits, forest floor, and leather. Reviews highlight a well-balanced structure with smooth tannins and aging potential, though some note herbal accents or recommend extended cellaring. While most appreciate its Bordeaux-inspired elegance, a few find certain vintages require patience to reveal full complexity.
