Antan Barcys
Aged in concrete to preserve its fruitiness, this wine is a pleasing and intense one, although slightly one-sided. Its aroma is dominated by smoky damp forest notes, with strawberry, raspberry, and cherry flavors. Fresh freshness and a decent conclusion make it a decent option, but its high price may be a turn-off for some.
Ith
Voluptuous and succulent Cinsault from Pedro Parra, boasting a sumptuous nose of ripe red cherries, liquorice, and strawberry yoghurt, with a fresh and fruity texture that's masterfully graceful by mid liveliness and elegant subtle flavors of summer berries and star anise. A delightful wine with a gentle finish, perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with a variety of dishes.
Taylyn
This was quite an unusual experience. It was engaging, but not necessarily my cup of red. The nose was filled with savory, meaty, and umami notes, featuring cured meat, leather, and bacon. The flavor was slightly more fruity and raspberry-driven, but the overpowering meatiness was a major turn-off. The crispness was moderate, and the ending was long and lingering. I would not recommend it to everyone, but it was certainly an interesting and memorable wine.

Pedro Parra y Familia Hub is noted for its fruity and fresh texture, with aromas of flinty forest and flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. While some appreciate its voluptuous and succulent profile, others find the meaty and umami notes overpowering. The wine's high price may deter some, but its elegant finish and versatility for pairing are praised.
This wine presents a deep ruby hue, indicative of its concentrated nature. The nose is a sophisticated blend of ripe blackcurrant and dark plum, underpinned by subtle notes of graphite and a hint of dried herbs, showcasing its terroir-driven complexity. On the palate, it reveals a robust structure with finely grained tannins and a vibrant acidity that provides a refreshing counterpoint to the wine's rich fruit core. The finish is long and layered, with lingering nuances of mineral and a whisper of dark chocolate. This is a quintessential expression of its region, offering both depth and elegance.
