Voss Experts4.5

The Paul Lato Matinee GSM presents a deep garnet hue, unveiling a symphony of aromas that intertwine ripe blackberries, plums, and a hint of dried herbs. On the palate, this wine showcases a seamless integration of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, offering a robust yet elegant structure. The mid-palate is graced with layers of dark chocolate and subtle spice, underscored by finely grained tannins and a vibrant acidity. The finish is long and harmonious, echoing the wine's rich fruit and mineral undertones. This GSM stands as a testament to the finesse and depth achievable in California's Rhône-style blends.
