Paul Dolan Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

A cohesive blend of firm composition and bright freshness, with a lingering aftertaste of decadent fruit and understated traces of leather, earthy undertones, and a smooth, soft texture.

Detailed and curious wine with a rich, earthy foundation, complemented by a fruity and slightly sweet mid-palate. The tannins provide a firm structure, in contrast the black currant and cherry suggestions linger on the finish.

Concentrated and intricate wine with profound garnet hues, highlighted by the sweetness of blackberry jam and the understated warmth of smoke and earthy undertones. The leather and pepper suggestions add depth and a accent of bitterness, even by a polished and full-bodied texture. A dry and tannic wine, but the crispness helps to mitigate the heavy mouthfeel, resulting in a delicate and rewarding finish.
