This Grenache Blanc presents with a pale straw hue, revealing an aromatic bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and a whisper of wet stone minerality. On the palate, it offers a harmonious interplay of ripe pear and citrus zest, underscored by a vibrant acidity that lends precision and lift. The texture is both supple and refreshing, with a subtle saline edge that enhances its complexity. The finish is clean and persistent, marked by a delicate almond note. This wine exemplifies the varietal's potential in Paso Robles, showcasing finesse and a deft balance of fruit and minerality.

Paix Sur Terre Grenache Blanc is crafted from grapes grown in the limestone-rich soils of Paso Robles, California, a region known for its warm days and cool nights. This climate allows the grapes to develop ripe fruit flavors while retaining crisp acidity. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh, vibrant character, and it undergoes no oak aging, highlighting its pure, fruit-driven profile. Expect notes of citrus and green apple with a clean, mineral finish. This wine is designed for those who appreciate a bright, refreshing white wine style.
