Voss Expert tasting note
It has aromas of citrus and green apple, with floral and mineral notes. On the palate, flavors of peach, lime, and honeycomb mingle with a slight sweetness and beautiful acidity.

I've long been a red wine enthusiast, but this Riesling was a delightful surprise - sweet, yet refreshing, with a rich, honeyed flavor and a crisp, pear-like finish. Its chilled release made it a perfect accompaniment to a warm evening.

Smooth evenness of elegant and sweet notes, expertly accompanied by the spicy tuna roll, elevating the generally dining experience.

Sweet and slightly astringent wine with a suggestion of pine, graceful by a slate undertone. The follow through is heavy due to residual sugar, which detracts from the minerality. A decent offering, but not without its flaws.

Pacific Rim Riesling is noted for its sweet, fruity character with flavors of pear, honey, and apricot. While some appreciate its refreshing and crisp finish, others find it overly sweet and lacking acidity. The wine pairs well with spicy foods and desserts, though opinions vary on its complexity and minerality. It is generally well-received for casual enjoyment, despite some criticisms of its balance.
