Lively and zesty wine with a soft citrus note, even by a medium body and a dry finish.

Clean and bright wine with a green apple and mineral character, accompanied by the mild sweetness of elderflower and the tropical bright notes of passion fruit. The zest is sharp and the conclusion is short, with a lingering dryness that leaves the profile feeling clean and revitalized.

Nuanced expression of the varietal, with a mild evolution over time. The pungent grassiness has mellowed, yielding a balanced stability of flavors. A welcome refinement, with a accent of sweetness to round out the experience.

What the web is saying

OTU Wines Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its vibrant and zesty citrus and tropical fruit flavors, with notes of passion fruit, green apple, and peach. While some appreciate its crisp, refreshing finish, others find it unremarkable. The wine's balance and lively character are frequently highlighted, though a few mention a short finish. Overall, it's a well-crafted, easy-drinking option with a clean, bright profile.

With its pale straw color, this wine immediately captivates the eye. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of tropical fruits such as passionfruit and pineapple, alongside notes of citrus zest and freshly cut grass. The palate is lively and refreshing, with flavors of ripe kiwi, grapefruit, and a hint of gooseberry, all balanced by a zesty acidity. This Sauvignon Blanc is medium-bodied with a crisp and bright finish.
