Oscar.697 Vermouth Bianco presents a luminous straw hue, offering an aromatic bouquet of chamomile, elderflower, and citrus zest, underscored by a subtle herbal complexity. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious interplay of sweet and bitter elements, with a silky texture that carries notes of white peach, green apple, and a hint of cardamom. The mid-palate is enlivened by a refreshing acidity, leading to a lingering finish marked by a delicate bitterness and a whisper of vanilla. This vermouth exemplifies the refined balance and nuanced character expected from a premium Bianco, ideal for both sipping and sophisticated cocktails.
