Ancelmo Shih
Racy and clean Tempranillo, with a medium body that expresses its fruit-forward character. in contrast it's not a markedly textured wine, its dry close and mild undertones of red fruit and orange make it a satisfying pairing for a variety of dishes, accompanied by saffron-infused chicken skewers.
Vathana
Solid effort, but a certain je ne sais quoi is missing for the fifth iteration. Nonetheless, I'd recommend it again.

Obalo Rioja Rosado is appreciated for its refreshing and summery profile, with a fruit-forward character and floral suggestions. While some find it lively and elegant, others feel it lacks depth. Notable flavors include red fruit, orange, and subtle mint, making it a versatile choice for pairing with various dishes.
This Rioja Rosado presents a delicate ballet slipper pink hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. On the nose, it offers a refined bouquet of wild strawberries and white peach, underscored by a whisper of rose petal and a hint of minerality. The palate is elegantly structured, showcasing a harmonious interplay of bright acidity and a subtle creaminess, leading to a crisp, refreshing finish. This rosado exemplifies the finesse of Rioja's rosé offerings, balancing fruit purity with a graceful, lingering minerality. Ideal for immediate enjoyment, it captures the essence of modern Spanish winemaking.
