Nola Grace Sauvignon Blanc

Nola Grace Sauvignon Blanc is appreciated for its refreshing and lively character, with notes of pear, apple, and citrus. While some enjoy its smooth and easy-drinking nature, others find it lacks the classic Sauvignon Blanc profile. The wine is described as well-balanced, though some vintages are considered unmemorable or disappointing.

This Sauvignon Blanc presents a pale straw hue, with a bouquet that elegantly unfolds with vibrant notes of gooseberry, lime zest, and a hint of freshly cut grass. On the palate, it showcases a crisp, linear structure, underscored by a lively acidity that carries flavors of green apple and passion fruit. The mid-palate reveals a subtle minerality, adding depth and complexity, while the finish is clean and refreshing, with a lingering citrus pith nuance. This wine exemplifies the varietal's hallmark characteristics, making it a quintessential expression of its regional terroir.
