What the web is saying

Naia 1605 Verdejo is appreciated for its crisp, zesty profile and vibrant straw hue. While some praise its fresh, lightly mineralized, and subtly tangy character, others find certain vintages overly sweet or lacking in complexity. It pairs well with seafood, offering a lively and accessible drinking experience, though opinions vary on its sweetness and aging potential.

Voss Experts4.5

Displaying a pale straw hue with a hint of green, the Naia 1605 Verdejo offers an aromatic bouquet of white peach, lime zest, and subtle fennel, underscored by a mineral edge. On the palate, it reveals a vibrant acidity that seamlessly integrates with its medium body, showcasing flavors of ripe pear, citrus, and a whisper of almond. The wine's texture is both creamy and crisp, leading to a lingering finish marked by a saline minerality. This Verdejo exemplifies the varietal's potential in Rueda, balancing freshness with complexity, making it a noteworthy selection for discerning palates.
