Movia Sivi Pinot Grigio

Slovenian wines have garnered interest in recent years, uniquely in the Friuli region, where a certain style of orange wine has emerged, shaped by layers of foam, nuts, and peaches.

Detailed and multifaceted wine with a rich, golden hue, its nose is noted for by a multitude of aromas, highlighting fruity, spicy, and floral notes, alongside whispers of honey and acacia. The tongue is dry, with a mineral and sapid texture, accompanied by good acidity. The ending is long and persistent, with a lingering bitter aftertaste.

Truly outstanding wine with a captivating essence of pear and apple, and a rich, dimensional aroma that's simply intoxicating. The glass is dark, and the taste is nothing short of phenomenal - a masterful blend of minerals and wood, with a gentle yet fulfilling bitterness that adds complexity and nuance. The zest is impeccably balanced, leaving a prolonged sense that refuses to fade. Truly blown away by this wine, and I highly recommend it.
