Polished and elegant Chablis with a consistent evenness of citrus, apple, and cream notes, balanced by a mild mineral undertone. in contrast it doesn't quite match the finesse and strength of the 'Montmains', it offers a polished and sophisticated body, with a racy crispness and a long mineral finish.

This Chablis Premier Cru 'Vaillons' showcases vibrant citrus, apple, and mineral notes with racy acidity, praised for its elegance and balance. While some vintages impress with creamy textures and limestone-driven complexity, others note it lacks freshness when aged or falls short compared to bolder counterparts like 'Montmains'. Recent vintages emphasize zesty finishes and polished structure.
This Moreau-Naudet Chablis Premier Cru 'Vaillons' is a stunning example of its variety. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of green apple, citrus, and a hint of mineral.
