Pinot Noir with a nuanced addition of red wine, featuring a nuanced appearance with a touch of pinkness and fine bubbles. However, its intensity gradually diminishes, leaving a faint impression. The aromas are defined by gentle red fruit, cherry blossom, lemon, and lime, with a touch of apple. The tongue is dry, with a high freshness and a medium body, accompanied by notes of red apple, cherry, and strawberry candy. The finish is medium, with a return of the initial impression. The comprehensively rating is 87 out of 100.

Voss Experts4.5

This Tasmanian sparkler presents a delicate ballet of aromas, with wild strawberry and red currant interwoven with subtle brioche and flinty minerality. On the palate, it displays a taut structure, with a fine mousse that dances gracefully, underscored by a vibrant acidity that enlivens the senses. The wine's dry, extra brut style is marked by a precise balance, offering a lingering finish of crushed raspberry and a whisper of sea spray. An exemplary expression of cool-climate rosé, this wine stands as a benchmark for elegance and finesse in the sparkling wine category.
