This Franciacorta Cuvée Brut presents a luminous straw hue with a persistent, fine mousse. The nose unfurls with precision, revealing layers of crisp green apple, white blossom, and a subtle hint of brioche, indicative of its extended lees aging. On the palate, it showcases a harmonious interplay of vibrant acidity and creamy texture, underscored by notes of lemon zest and almond. The finish is elegantly mineral, with a lingering salinity that speaks to its terroir. This wine exemplifies the finesse and complexity expected from a top-tier Franciacorta, positioning it as a benchmark for the region.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.
