The Michael Mondavi Animo Cabernet Sauvignon is a remarkable wine that showcases the expertise and passion of the Mondavi family. This Cabernet Sauvignon is known for its elegance, complexity, and depth of flavor. On the nose, you can expect enticing aromas of blackberry, cassis, and dark chocolate, with hints of cedar and forest floor. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a well-integrated acidity. Flavors of ripe black fruits, such as black cherry and plum, mingle with notes of vanilla, mocha, and a touch of spice. The Animo Cabernet Sauvignon is beautifully balanced, with a long and lingering finish that leaves a lasting impression. It pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.
