Keehyuk

Straightforward yet recognizable Trentino SB with a nose of elderflower, gooseberry, asparagus, and stone fruit, accompanied by fresh and sweeter fruit aromatics. The profile is light, introducing both fresh and sweeter fruit notes. Solid acids are present, with a note of white pepper on the back. The wine is not in particular precise, but its elements remain legible, making it a ideal entry-level option. A memorable combination was made with raw langoustines, orange juice, and olive oil.

Tommasi

Disappointing entry in the Sauvignon Blanc family, despite being a personal favorite, it falls short in terms of its aromatic profile, lacking a distinct nose presence, and instead relying on herbal and grassy hints that don't quite mesh with the texture
