Balanced and understated Bordeaux, with a dry and balanced tannic structure that provides a silky and rounded profile. The wine is outlined by a light fruitiness, with black cherry and raspberry undertones, whereas a suggestion of pepper adds density and complexity. The follow through is long and satisfying, with a soft and smooth texture. Overall, a stellar cost effectiveness for the price, with an interesting Loire red that will appeal to those chasing a more soft and graceful alternative to the typical California reds.
