Graceful interpretation of Prosecco, this wine effectively conveys the essence of the Glera grape. The clear emphasis on expressing the grape's characteristics is a hallmark of this producer's approach. The wine's nuanced profile is distinguished by the body of sea salt air, nashi pears, and Dove soap, which contribute to its distinctive personality. The wine's sweetness and polished liveliness create a delightful experience, making it a right pairing for fresh Goat Cheese Salad with Walnuts.
