This Chablis Grand Cru 'Les Preuses' exudes a luminous pale gold hue, indicative of its refined pedigree. The nose is a symphony of flint and wet stone, interwoven with delicate white blossom and citrus zest, showcasing its mineral-driven terroir. On the palate, it reveals a taut, linear structure with vibrant acidity that underscores flavors of green apple, lemon curd, and a whisper of saline. The wine's complexity unfolds with subtle nuances of almond and a hint of honeysuckle, leading to a persistent, chalky finish. A quintessential expression of Chablis, this wine exemplifies the elegance and precision of its grand cru origin.
