Manzone Rosserto Rossese Bianco

Rare gem from the Langhe region, Rossese Bianco is a unique and alluring wine that has been carefully preserved for its family vineyard. Its arrival in the DOC appellation in 2012 marked a significant milestone, and its complex flavor profile is nostalgic of a dry still cider. As it ages, delicate citrus notes emerge, adding strength and nuance. When first opened, it paired beautifully with hearty pork sausages and a decadent onion gravy, highlighting a bright contrast to its rich, full-bodied character. A true stellar in its category, I would highly recommend it to those hunting a distinctive and memorable wine experience.
