Costinas
Sumptuous, smooth red that effortlessly pairs with the warmth of summer. Its light, zesty tactile quality makes it an ideal accompaniment to a light chill in the fridge, yet its deep backbone allows it to stand up to a variety of flavors. I detect a rich, gentle texture, with notes of oak, smoke, and mild vanilla, alongside a muted earthy undertone. A trace of red fruit adds a touch of sweetness, rounding out the experience.
Sungil Risalde
Refreshing and racy white wine with a unified symmetry of fresh fruit and mineral notes, giving a pleasant and uplifting sensory experience. Its light, medium-dry style makes it an excellent premium for those desiring a bracing drink.
Yokko
Bracing and lively white wine with a medium to full body, highlighting a elegant integration of citrus and pear notes, but maintaining a high level of acidity. A truly remarkable example of a white wine.
