Shih-Yen
Nuanced wine sensation that warrants a rating of 3.5 ⭐️, but falls short in terms of personal taste, where a nose that was overly oxidized and a sensation that was decidedly unrefined detracted from the as a whole experience.
Muhlbauer
The wine's appearance is clear and pale gold, with a clean and medium intensity nose that combines sweet spice, vanilla, floral, and mineral notes, even as its flavor is dry and medium-acid, with a medium-full body and a follow through that features oak vanilla, bitter citrus, and stone fruit flavors, all set against a backdrop of mineral undertones.
Meneer
Deep and opulent dessert wine with a soft texture, featuring layers of sweet and savory flavors, with dried pear, apricot, and nutty notes, all harmoniously consistent by a mellow and comforting finish.

M. Chapoutier Saint-Joseph Les Granilites Blanc is praised for its rich stone fruit flavors, minerality, and smooth texture. While some enjoy its complexity and balance, others find it overly robust or lacking in acidity. Common notes include pear, apricot, honey, and oak, with a touch of bitterness. The wine's elegance and depth are appreciated, though opinions vary on its freshness and refinement.
This Rhône Valley gem presents a luminous straw hue, unveiling a bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and a whisper of wet stone minerality. On the palate, it is both opulent and precise, with a seamless integration of ripe apricot and almond cream, underscored by a vibrant acidity that maintains its elegance. The texture is supple yet structured, with a saline edge that enhances its complexity. The finish is long and resonant, marked by a subtle hint of fennel and a touch of citrus zest. This wine exemplifies the finesse and depth characteristic of Saint-Joseph whites.
