It's a smooth, opulent experience, with a rich, fruity profile nostalgic of young Alsace, Champagne, or Loire reds (a far cry from the grape variety). Medium acidity. A pleasant, fruity linger with tones of cherry and raspberry on a bed of flint and minerals.
