Exhibiting a luminous straw hue, the Longridge Chardonnay opens with a bouquet of ripe stone fruits, particularly white peach and apricot, interwoven with nuances of honeysuckle and subtle minerality. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious balance of creamy texture and vibrant acidity, underscored by notes of lemon curd and a whisper of toasted almond. The mid-palate is enriched by a judicious touch of oak, imparting a gentle vanilla and spice complexity. The finish is elegantly persistent, echoing the wine's mineral undertones. This Chardonnay exemplifies the finesse and precision characteristic of its terroir, offering a compelling expression for connoisseurs.
