The 2019 vintage still holds up, and I've decided to revisit it. The grassy whispers have mellowed out, and the on the whole feel is more subdued. The nose is powered by by citrus scents, consisting of lemon and lemon zest, alongside sweet honey melon and tropical hints. However, the tasting is highlighted by a sour and acidic citrus profile, with minimal pineapple and papaya. The wine is best served chilled and is a good favorite for those who prefer a more restrained approach.
