Loios Branco is a refreshing and aromatic white wine produced by Casa Agrícola Alexandre Relvas in the Alentejo region of Portugal. The grapes are manually harvested in 15 kg boxes, early in the morning, to preserve the freshness of the grapes grown in clay and limestone soils, which impart a unique minerality to the wine. The winemaking process involves gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit flavors. The resulting wine is crisp and lively, with notes of citrus and tropical fruits, making it a perfect match for seafood dishes or as an aperitif.
