Truly superb Napa cab experience, courtesy of Hazem Kamal, who brought it on a Greek cruise to Hydra to share with friends Mohsen and Jackie. The wine's smooth, voluptuous texture is just right complemented by the sweetness of plum, opaque chocolate, and cherries, all of which are expertly balanced. It was paired with a delicious Cesar salad and spaghetti bolognaise, both of which were expertly prepared by Norman.
