Landron Chartier Melon B

Landron Chartier Melon B is praised for its minerality, fresh fruit flavors, and unique flinty undertones. Some find it vibrant and well-suited for seafood, while others note a lack of richness and freshness, describing it as ordinary. The wine features pear, apple, and melon notes, with a creamy texture and zesty citrus, offering a delightful but occasionally uninspired experience.

Exhibiting a pale straw hue, the Landron Chartier Melon B reveals a bouquet of green apple, lemon zest, and subtle white floral notes, underscored by a distinct minerality. On the palate, this wine showcases a precise and linear structure, with vibrant acidity that enlivens the citrus and saline flavors. The mid-palate is marked by a delicate texture, leading to a crisp, clean finish with a whisper of almond. This wine exemplifies the quintessential characteristics of the Melon de Bourgogne grape, offering a refined expression that aligns with the classic style of the Loire Valley.
