Seobhan
A Champagne made solely from the Pinot Menoier grape, typically used in blends. The wine exhibits a certain level of complexity, with a notable freshness and a profusion of minerals. The ending is somewhat indistinct, but the overall effect is one of interest.
Michellle
Sweet and satisfying treat that combines the best of suggestions and textures, with a certain je ne sais quoi that elevates it to a truly special experience. The combination of strawberry, chocolate, and raspberry jam is a match made in heaven, and the mousse's unapologetic richness is a perfect foil to the sweetness. This dessert is a masterclass in integration and restraint, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to add a touch of luxury to their dessert repertoire.
Evs
Smooth and sophisticated still wine with a lush and dimensional flavor profile, featuring whispers of red berries, red cherries, and strawberries, balanced by a mild mineral and saline quality. The wine's intellectual and serious demeanor is enhanced by its level of detail, making it a serious connoisseur's choice. Its elegant and polished character is sure to impress, and its beauty is undeniable.

This Pinot Meunier Champagne receives praise for its complex red fruit profile (strawberry, raspberry) and mineral freshness, though some note an indistinct finish. While celebrated for vibrant acidity and balanced structure, opinions vary on oak integration and aging potential.
