Pale straw tint with a subtle, balanced appearance. The nose is delicate, with a wisp of floral nuance and a touch of bright freshness. The mouthfeel is light, with a gentle effervescence and a gratifying tartness, followed by a lean lemon finish.

Ribamar

Silky and lean wine with a rich, plush texture, presenting a refined zest and a citrusy character. and yet it shares some similarities with the SV, it lacks the herbaceousness and zing of its counterpart, making it a impressive cost effectiveness for the price. It would pair well with seafood, significantly fish and shellfish, but may not hold a candle to the Muscadet's zesty tanginess and herbaceous touches when paired with oysters.
